NOTE: Don’t use under 12 weeks of age unless advised by your pediatrician. Do not give a dose more often than every 4 hours.

Children’s Motrin (Ibuprofen) Dosage
Ibuprofen tends to work better than acetaminophen for high fevers above 102 degrees and for managing pain such as earaches, sore throat or musculoskeletal aches and pains. It also lasts for 6-8 hours. Do not use under 6 months of age.

- Aspirin should not be used in children to treat fever or pain.
Children’s Benadryl (Diphenhydramine) Dosage
Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is given for allergy symptoms such as sneezing and runny nose, as well as for hives or itchiness caused by insect bites. Give every 4-6 hours, as needed, and not more than four times in 24 hours unless directed by a health care professional.
