We appreciate your patience and understanding during our transition, knowing you may have encountered some challenges while calling our office or scheduling an appointment these past few months. You may have met our new doctor, Dr. Heather Maroney, who joined as of mid-October. More good changes are coming on the horizon.
This email was sent out to all of our clients the first week of July:
Dear Patients and Families of Foster City Pediatrics,
For over 30 years, we have loved and enjoyed caring for our patients and families as a long-standing independent practice, and we are very excited to announce that we will be joining Stanford Medicine Children’s Health Pediatrics – Foster City as pediatric providers, effective Aug. 1, 2022. Please be assured that Drs. Yeh, Aahlad, and Hung will continue to work at this location.
Our new office hours will be expanded to 8:30 a.m.–noon and 1:30 p.m.–5 p.m. Also, starting in September we will transition to MyChart, a new patient portal which will be easier to navigate than our current portal. At your next visit, ask someone on our care team on how to register and activate your new account.
As we will need to implement a new upgraded EMR (electronic medical records) system, our doctors will not be able to see as many patients as usual during the month of August. We ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate this big change.
We thank you for your continued trust in our caring for your children. We want to assure you that we remain committed to continuing the same level of excellent pediatric care that you are accustomed to. Stay safe and be well.
